Calgary is truly Canada’s city of opportunity, a powerhouse that’s driving the economy of the entire country, and a community where the measurements of success literally set new records every year.
Our growth rate leads the nation and, although such growth has its challenges, the City is committed to sustaining the enviable quality of life that is so much a part of Calgary’s appeal.
Our neighbourhoods are safe; our air and water are clean; our parks and green spaces are well-maintained and inviting; and many of our cultural, sports, and recreational facilities are the finest in Western Canada.
We have a lot to offer: Superb choices in housing, education, health care and wellness, and of course, good jobs.
Thousands of skilled people from other parts of Canada and other areas of the world have moved here in the past ten years, and there are opportunities here for thousands more.
